This is the most adorable coin purse, and it's the perfect item for a hamster-loving friend. It's not leather, but a wrinkle-finish recycled material. Toss it in with another gift -- it's just about the price of a greeting card! The size is good for credit cards, a few folded bills and change.
Don't look for any great durability here. It's more a novelty item than anything else.

I got this for change and dollar bills and do not use it daily. It is just big enough (which is what I wanted - not oversized) and very cute. It offers easy access to change and it's light color and thin material even make it easier to see the contents. With the zipper, of course, nothing falls out. The only problem with it is that it lacks in quality. For $5, this thin little change purse should hold up to occassional use, but after a few weeks it is already coming apart. For this reason I do not recommend it and would not purchase again. However, if you are getting it to put something in and store it away, that might work.
UPDATE, July 2011: In fairness I want to update this review and say that the purse has not unraveled any more in this time. The zipper does stick a little (still only occassional use), but when I wrote my original review I thought it would not last very long at all. It seems like it came apart a little at first and is holding it's own now. Still overpriced, but also still cute and hanging in there. I retract my first statement that I do not recommend, and will say that I recommend with reservation. It is not built for constant use, but should hold up in other circumstances.

Daughter loved this! Very funny product. Unfortunately mom broke zipper tab while pulling off label. Make sure to use scissors when removing tag. My daughter tried to match up her cat's butt to her wallet.

This little pouch is adorable. Good stitching, recycled materials, and a conversation-starting print. The material is a bit stiff for my taste but it doesn't inhibit my use of it. I still love pulling this guy out at the store and having people ask me about it...it's a blast!

Another cute design by BlueQ! This coin purse was just what I was looking for to hold coins and bills and not have to carry around a bulky wallet. As for holding a driver's license or other credit cards, it is a tight fit, but like the title of the item says it is a coin purse. I chose the Shut Up design, and it's so cute and actually the pink is a lot brighter than I thought it would be but not in an annoying neon/ hurt your eyes kind of way. I love that it's made out of recycled plastic and I've used it everyday for about a year now, and you wouldn't even know it, it still looks brand new. Great product and durable, too!
