I fell in love with this carafe and glass set as soon as I saw it! It's such an adorable and clever design where the body of the doll acts as the carafe and the head comes off and becomes a cup. I use it every night on my bedside table. The body holds enough water to last me a few nights in a row, so it's great that the cup doubles as a cover for the carafe to prevent dust or anything else from getting into my water. It makes a great gift idea, and it would also be a really cute item to place by the bedside of any overnight house guest. I kind of wish that it came in different sizes to be true to any Russian doll set so that I could place a couple of different ones side by side whenever I had more than one house guest staying over!
A couple downsides to the design is that 1) water tends to dribble a little down the side of the carafe when pouring and 2) the glass is very thin and delicate, so I use it very carefully and would never think of putting it in a dishwasher. But both downsides do not outweigh the overall appeal of the product, so I'm still going to give it 5 stars!

Love the way the carafe and glass look. I would definitely not recommend for actual use, though. I feel like if I squeezed too hard the glass would shatter. Display only.

I bought two of these drink carafes because of their adorable design. I gave one to a friend as a gift, and kept the other. Unfortunately my cup shattered on the kitchen counter before I could even use it once. The glass is very thin so one needs to be extremely careful when handling this product. My friend loved hers though.

I got this for my birthday and was VERY excited! However, because the glass is so thin and there is hardly any room for the top to be pulled off from the body, it actually shattered! I was able to glue it back together, but I wouldn't recommend using it for drinking. Also, the top doesn't go all the way down as it shows in the product picture. (at least mine doesn't ) I'm currently displaying it in my room and it's really cute!

Wonderfully crafted and so cute! Keeps those nasty dust particles out of your water, and invest in the Drink-up Carafe and Glass. It actually pours remarkably well, and is much better than a plastic red cup sitting on your nightstand. I love Matryoskas, and this is no exception.
