I love these measuring spoons! They're measuring spoons, so I'm not sure what to say about them other than they are very cute. I know the packaging says to hand wash them, but I've put them in my dishwasher before and not had a problem. My dishwasher doesn't have a drying element in the bottom though, so if they fall out, they won't melt on it. That may be why that's stipulated. Very cute & the kids love them.

A good set of spoons. The instructions say to hand wash them, but I have put mine in the dishwasher without any trouble. These spoons nest well, true to their matroishka intentions. Only thing I would complain about is the metal ring that is used for keeping the spoons together. It's too floppy when trying to click it back together, so I've stopped using it.

Exactly what I was looking for... and cute to boot!Sep 18, 2011

The main thing I was looking for when replacing my measuring spoons (...again) was a set that had engraved measurements so that after 10 washings/uses I could still read the sizes of the spoons. The printed labels always seem to wash off of my spoons, and while I may be able to remember which spoon is which in relation to the others, it's hard to teach kids to cook that way. This was actually the first set I found with the measurements engraved that were affordable, and they were too cute and perfect for my family. Like others, I have been putting these in the utensil basket of my dishwasher without a problem. (But I am putting them in a secluded slot with only other plastic spoons.) The only drawback I have found with these is that the chain to hold them together is a bit cumbersome. I easily fixed this by using an old snap-ring from an old measuring spoon set instead. Works like a charm and I couldn't be happier!

Very cute little spoons, go along great with the matchign matrioshka measuring cups! Design is good, dishwasher proof, measuring made easy.
